Revalto is a marketing technology platform that helps users create SEO-optimized content and related marketing materials. This Policy applies to:

2.1 Information you provide
- Account & Contact Data: name, business name, role, email, phone, billing address.
- Content Inputs & Files: prompts, notes, brand guidelines, target locations, URLs, and any text/images you upload to generate content (“User Content”).
- Support & Comms: messages you send us (chat, email, forms), survey responses, testimonials.
- Payment Data: payment method details are processed by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- SMS/Calling Data (if enabled): phone number, message content, timestamps, and delivery status for lawful texting features (A2P 10DLC).
2.2 Information we collect automatically
- Usage & Log Data: device and browser type, IP address, referring/exit pages, timestamps, pages viewed, feature usage, error logs.
- Cookies & Similar Tech: cookies, pixels, local storage, and web beacons used for core functionality, analytics, and (if enabled) marketing/retargeting.

- Model Improvement: By default, we may use de-identified usage signals and limited samples of User Content to improve features. We do not sell your User Content.
- Opt-Out: You can opt out of content being used for model improvement at any time by emailing help@revalto.app with subject “Model Improvement Opt-Out.”
- Sensitive Data: Please do not input sensitive personal information (health, SSNs, financial account numbers, etc.).
