By using Revalto’s services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Revalto provides tools, software, and related services designed to generate SEO-optimized content, marketing content, and digital solutions tailored primarily for real estate professionals (collectively, the “Services”).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
• You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to this Agreement.

3. User Content

• You retain ownership of the content and data you provide (“User Content”).
• By submitting User Content, you grant Revalto a non-exclusive license to use it solely to provide and improve our Services.
• You are responsible for ensuring your User Content does not violate applicable law or infringe on the rights of others.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

1. Use the Services for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes.
2. Upload viruses, spam, or automated scripts.
3. Attempt to reverse engineer, bypass, or exploit the Services.
4. Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
5. Use the Services to develop competing products.

5. Fees and Payments

• Some Services are offered for a fee (“Paid Services”). Pricing is listed at the time of purchase and may be updated with notice.
• You authorize us and our third-party processors to charge your chosen payment method.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
• You are responsible for applicable taxes.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Certain text, images, and other content generated through Revalto may be created with artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality and accuracy, AI-generated content may not always be factually correct or free from errors.

• Revalto makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, legality, or effectiveness of such content.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and using any content generated by the Services.

7. Intellectual Property

• Revalto retains all rights in and to the Services, including technology, designs, and intellectual property.
• Except as permitted, you may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services.
• Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation.

8. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you:

• Breach this Agreement,
• Fail to pay for Paid Services, or
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful use.

You may terminate your account at any time; however, fees already paid remain non-refundable.

9. Disclaimers

• The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or outcome-specific performance.
• You acknowledge that using AI-generated content involves risks and requires your independent review.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Revalto will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of:
• (a) the amount you paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or
• (b) $100 USD.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revalto, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your:

• Use of the Services,
• User Content, or
• Violation of this Agreement or applicable law.

12. Arbitration and Governing Law

• Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
• You waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in class actions.
• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we will provide notice via email or through the Services. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Miscellaneous

• This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Revalto.
• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full effect.
• You may not assign this Agreement without our written consent. We may assign freely.
